What is this stuff?
I love silver clay! It is a medium developed in Japan several years ago. It consists of fine silver particles mixed with organic materials to form a clay-like substance that can be molded, shaped, coiled, etc. It is sintered to remove the organic material, and the resulting work is .999 fine silver. I offer these pieces for sale - they are all custom-made and will vary slightly. All earrings have sterling silver wires, and pendants have sterling jump rings. They are sold without chains.
All pieces will vary slightly. If you order a piece, I can email a photo to you for approval when it is ready - if you are not completely happy with the design, it can be re-made. However, there are no returns or refunds once an item is shipped. Allow three weeks for production and shipping.
Please email me at info@greenwareceramics.com for payment and shipping information and to find out about special orders. I also offer one-day classes in the New York City area for groups of 3 or more students who want to explore this wonderful medium. Email me for prices and dates.
